Our story
Atelier Melney was born out of frustration: watching simple Power Platform projects turn into 12-month ordeals, blow their budgets by 200%, and end up abandoned.
The diagnosis is straightforward. Traditional IT firms sell time-and-materials, so their business model does not reward speed. Solo freelancers lack method and multi-resource capacity. And no-code vendors lock their clients into proprietary ecosystems.
We created a third model: a fixed-price consulting workshop, specialised in Power Platform, delivering in a guaranteed 4 weeks. Small team, lean method, contractual commitment on the outcome. Not for everyone, but the right answer for the majority of business app projects.

10 years of expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem. Power Apps since its early versions, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Azure. Mixed background in development and consulting. I know what happens under the hood, and I know how to talk to a board.
Reference mission: 16 Power Platform modules delivered over 12 months for a large international investment programme in West Africa. The Atelier Melney method was forged on that mission and has been proven on further clients since.
I personally handle every client account, from the first email to the production deployment. That is the workshop spirit: you always talk to the same person.
