You are employed by a payroll company of your choice. We entrust you with missions of 3 to 12 months.

Overflow & niche expertise
You invoice as a pure freelancer. Short one-off missions or highly specific expertise.

Our transparency: our core (3-5 full-time staff) carries the method and culture. For high-volume missions or niche expertise, we work with contracted or freelance consultants, always selected using the same criteria as full-time staff.

Our process
4 steps. 2 weeks max.
First conversation
30 minutes by video to understand your background and career goals. We'll be straight with you about whether we're aligned.
Short practical case
You complete a mini-case (2-3 hours max) on your own time. We pay you 200 EUR for this work.
Debrief with the team
You present your case to the team (1 hour). Technical and cultural exchange.
Decision within 5 days
A clear, motivated answer. If yes: formal offer within the week. If no: honest feedback.
