What SLA do you guarantee?

Essential: response within 24 business hours. Pro: 8 business hours. Premium: 2 business hours with extended on-call. Penalties are contractual.

What is the minimum commitment period?

6 months to amortise the initial audit and onboarding. Then tacit renewal, 30-day notice to cancel.

Can you maintain apps you didn't build?

Yes, that's actually the most common scenario. The initial audit assesses maintainability and proposes an onboarding plan.

What happens if an enhancement exceeds the monthly credit?

We inform you in advance with a quote. You decide: defer, spread out, or engage on a time-and-materials basis.

Do you have access to our data?

Access only to required resources, via named Atelier Melney accounts. GDPR compliant, full audit trail, standard NDA.

What if we want to bring it in-house later?

A transition plan is built in: up-to-date documentation, training for your team, and 1-3 months of handover support. Zero lock-in.
