Atelier Melney respects your privacy. This policy describes what personal data we collect, why, how it is processed, and what your rights are.

Data Collected

We only collect data you voluntarily provide through:

  • The contact form (name, email, company, role, message)
  • The project scoping form (project information, contact details)
  • Email or phone exchanges you initiate

We do not use any advertising tracking cookies. Visit statistics are collected anonymously via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which set no cookies and do not identify individual visitors.

Purposes

  • Responding to your contact or scoping requests
  • Sending you a quote or commercial proposal if you requested one
  • Managing the commercial and contractual relationship
  • Sending our Power Platform newsletter if you have consented (unsubscribe at any time)
  • Measuring site traffic anonymously

Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent (forms) or on theperformance of pre-contractual measures at your request.

Retention Period

  • Non-converted contact requests: 24 months
  • Newsletter subscribers: until unsubscription
  • Client data: duration of relationship + 5 years (accounting obligations)
  • Anonymous statistics: 24 months

Recipients

Your data is accessible only by:

  • The Atelier Melney team (Stive Rachel and associated consultants)
  • Our technical processors: Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email and newsletter management), Cal.com (appointment scheduling)

No data is sold or used for advertising purposes.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@atelier-365.fr. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your data: HTTPS encryption, restricted access, backups, strong passwords, multi-factor authentication.

This policy may be updated to remain compliant with applicable regulations. The date at the top of the page indicates the last update.
